So... I haven't made an actual submission in like over a year now?
I got a magical tool for my 18th birthday, the beautiful Cintiq 12WX graphics tablet which i've been after since before it was even created, the one thing holding me back (besides lack of talent) with a tablet was not being able to draw directly onto it, but now my problem is history. The cintiq is AMAZING, it's like drawing in a sketchbook...but easier!  So this was one of the first doodles I did with my new best friend, i'll probably hate it in the morning (or later today technically) but i thought i'd quickly slap something up here to redeem myself slightly. About the pic itself, i just doodled a cat girl since i watched 'A Goofie Movie' (which is still hilarious) and thought 'why not'. I listened to 'Your Body is a Wonderland' by John Mayer while doing this, it's a lovely song  I'm not expecting crit, I know there's a lot wrong with this pic, but it's just a quick lonesome doodle (I'm not cool enough for a sketch dump yet )Oh and I would like to give her a name, it'd feel wrong not to, so yeah throw some names around |
